Payment Types

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard only.  Gratuities may NOT be added to your card or check.  You may use cash or a separate check made out to the individual service provider.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations.  Failure to cancel on time will result in the full charge of the scheduled visit.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may exchange it within ten (10) days of purchase for a more suitable item or receive store credit.

Tips for Brides and the Bridal Party

Little Secrets For Your Salon & Spa Visit (Following your Bridal Trials)

1. Arrive without make-up.

2. If receiving an updo, please wash hair the day before and wear a button down shirt.

3. Please schedule party's appointments at least 6 weeks prior to the wedding day to ensure availability of appointments.

4.Trial appointments are suggested for each bride.  This ensures the perfect hair and make-up for your special day.

5. Waxing is recommended to be done 7 days prior to your wedding day.

6. Facials are recommended to be done no sooner than 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

 

*For parties of 4 or more, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 10 days following your bridal trials.
