Some Important Salon & Spa Policies

Confirmation Policies:
Once your appointment has been booked- unless you notify us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we are expecting you to attend your appointment regardless of confirmation status. We request that you confirm your appointment so we know that you plan to keep your scheduled appointment with us. Please read our rescheduling policies below if you are unable to attend your appointment. 

Appointment Policies:
We ask that you arrive to your appointment on-time, If you are running late to your appointment please call, even if it is a just few minutes since it will impact your service providers scheduled time for you. 

For new clients or first time services in our spa we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled & have time to fill out our new client profile form(s).

Payment & Tipping Policies:
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and Dante Salon & Wellness Spa issued gift certificates as forms of payment. Gratuities are accepted only in the form of cash, check, or Venmo. We do not accept tips on credit card. 

Scheduling Policies:
Keep in mind this appointment time is set aside just for you. If you fail to cancel ahead of time or fail to show up for the appointment, that time will be lost for our service providers. Please be courteous and let us know if you change your mind or cannot attend your appointment.

For Rescheduling An Appointment:
If you cannot make your appointment, you may request to reschedule your appointment by calling us or e-mailing us.

24 Hour Notice Cancellation Fee:
We kindly request as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. We ask for at least 72 hours notice to reschedule appointments & require at least a 24 hour advance notice to reschedule (or cancel) any appointments booked to avoid a 24 hours cancellation fee. 



Some More Helpful Info for Our New Clients

Location & Parking:
We are located in the Main Street Marketplace shopping center in the City of Fairfax. This is the same shopping center where Walgreens, ACE Hardware, TJMaxx, and Noodles & Co are located. We are on the upper level (handicap accessible) facing Main Street at the corner of Main Street & Old Lee Highway. Free parking is inside the shopping center. You may take the stairs or elevator that is next to Starbucks & we are at the top of the staircase next to the upper level of the Starbucks.

New Hair Salon Clients:
For first time clients in our hair salon, although this is not required & all of our hair stylists are master stylists; we find it helpful if you are able to send us a picture of your desired look via e-mail either before or upon booking your appointment. This way we are able to ensure that we pair you with the right hair stylist to best suit your specific style & also ensures that you are booked the correct service/length of time. 

New Spa Clients:
If you are receiving microdermabrasion or a chemical peel, you must discontinue the use of any retinol or other similar harsh products at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Direct sun exposure should be avoided or limited as much as possible for 24-48 hours after your appointment.
